Ben & Taren started with a desire to make premium merch available to everyone. The name Milk Crate Merch actually came from the early days of learning to screen print. We purchased a secondhand setup from marketplace and all the inks, squeegees and printing gear came packed into an old milk crate. Somewhere between late nights in the workshop, ink everywhere and figuring things out as we went, the name stuck.
Most merch gets rushed, overcomplicated or treated like an afterthought. But Ben loves to create premium apparel and merch that people genuinely want to wear, keep and come back to. Giving everyone access to the art of screen printing, no minimums.
Today we work with brands, businesses, churches, events and creatives across Australia, offering screen printing, embroidery and illustration with a strong focus on quality, design and good communication.
