Welcome to Milk Crate Merch. By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a quote request or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, fair expectations and a smooth production process for all parties.

Milk Crate Merch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

General Services

Milk Crate Merch provides custom screen printing, embroidery, illustration, apparel sourcing, merchandise production, workshops and related creative services.

All products are custom made to order unless otherwise stated.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Milk Crate Merch are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

Quotes may vary depending on:

garment availability
supplier price changes
artwork complexity
print size
print locations
embroidery stitch count
quantity changes
freight costs
turnaround requirements

Prices are subject to change until an invoice has been issued.

Payment Terms

Production will not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Milk Crate Merch reserves the right to request:

full upfront payment
a deposit prior to production
staged payments for larger orders

Bank transfer processing delays remain the responsibility of the customer.

Unpaid invoices may result in delayed production, delayed shipping or cancellation of the order.

Artwork Approvals

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all mockups, proofs, spelling, sizing, garment selections, colours, placements and quantities before approving artwork for production.

Approval confirmation via email, message or written communication is considered final approval.

Once artwork has been approved and production has begun:

changes may not be possible
additional fees may apply
reprints due to customer-approved errors may be charged at full cost

Milk Crate Merch is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, graphics and intellectual property supplied to Milk Crate Merch.

Milk Crate Merch accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement, trademark disputes or unauthorised use of supplied artwork.

The customer indemnifies Milk Crate Merch against any legal claims arising from supplied artwork.

Unless otherwise agreed:

custom artwork created by Milk Crate Merch remains the intellectual property of Milk Crate Merch until paid in full
Milk Crate Merch retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes

Colour Variations

Printed colours may vary slightly from:

digital mockups
computer screens
phone screens
previous print runs
supplied Pantone references

Minor colour variation is considered normal within the screen printing and embroidery industry.

Exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Garment Variations

Garment sizing, colour and fit may vary slightly between:

manufacturers
production batches
dye lots
garment styles

Minor variations are considered normal and are not regarded as faults.

Milk Crate Merch is not responsible for supplier inconsistencies outside of our control.

Print & Embroidery Variations

Screen printing and embroidery are physical production processes and minor variations may naturally occur including:

print placement
embroidery positioning
stitch density
print texture
ink coverage
distressing
curing marks
thread tension
minor registration shifts

These are considered normal production tolerances and are not faults.

Customer Supplied Garments

Where customers supply their own garments:

Milk Crate Merch accepts no responsibility for garment defects
spoilage risks remain with the customer
replacement garments will not be covered by Milk Crate Merch in the event of print or production issues

Printing on customer supplied garments is done entirely at the customer’s risk.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guides only and are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Production timelines may be impacted by:

artwork approval delays
stock availability
supplier delays
courier delays
public holidays
equipment maintenance
large order volumes
unforeseen production issues

Each day artwork approvals or payments are delayed may extend turnaround times.

Milk Crate Merch is not liable for losses resulting from delayed delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only.

Once orders leave our workshop:

courier responsibility begins
delays caused by third party freight providers are outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

returned parcels
incorrect addresses
re-delivery requests

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Returns, Replacements & Faults

As all products are custom made:

change of mind returns are not accepted
incorrect sizing selections by customers are not refundable
custom products cannot be returned unless faulty

If there is a production fault or incorrect item supplied, customers must notify Milk Crate Merch within 7 days of delivery with:

clear photos
order details
description of the issue

Where an issue is determined to be the responsibility of Milk Crate Merch, affected items may be:

reprinted
replaced
refunded at our discretion

Workshops & Classes

Workshop and class bookings may be subject to:

minimum attendance requirements
rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances
safety requirements within the workshop environment

Participants attend workshops at their own risk.

Milk Crate Merch is not liable for:

injuries
damaged clothing
accidental ink stains
misuse of equipment during workshops

Participants may be removed from workshops for unsafe behaviour.

Website Use

All content on this website including:

artwork
text
logos
graphics
photography
branding

remains the property of Milk Crate Merch unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milk Crate Merch shall not be liable for:

indirect losses
consequential damages
loss of profits
business interruption
delayed shipments
third party supplier issues
courier delays
customer supplied artwork errors

Total liability shall not exceed the total value of the original order.
