Customer Satisfaction Policy
At Milk Crate Merch, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to genuinely love the final product.
If there are any issues with your order due to a printing fault, embroidery issue, damaged garment, incorrect item or production error on our end, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost. We ask that any issues are reported within 10 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos and details of the problem so we can sort things out quickly.
Because all products are custom made to order, approved artwork, spelling, garment choices, sizing and quantities become the responsibility of the customer once final approval has been given. We recommend carefully reviewing all mockups and approvals before production begins.
Please note that slight variations in garment colour, print placement, embroidery positioning and sizing can naturally occur during the production process and are considered normal industry tolerances.
Our goal is simple: create quality merch, communicate clearly and make things right if something goes wrong.
